Is QRQ Lite completely free?
Yes. QRQ started as a free, nonprofit project during the COVID-19 pandemic to combat the spread of the virus by promoting social distancing in queues. As we've grown, we introduced premium features for advanced needs. These paid plans now fund QRQ Lite, ensuring our core tools stay 100% free for everyone.

Do visitors or staff need to download an app?
Neither your visitors nor your team need to install any apps. We use standard web technologies and Apple's App Clip on iOS to provide a frictionless experience.

Do I need specialized hardware to run QRQ?
No specialized hardware is required. Your staff can manage the queue using common devices like a smartphones, tablets or laptops. Visitors join by scanning a QR code with their own phones. Optionally, you can add a self-service kiosks, smart TVs with voice announcements and other hardware devices as needed.

Is it GDPR compliant?

What are your billing options?
QRQ is a flexible subscription paid monthly or yearly. We accept all major credit cards, plus wire transfers.

As a nonprofit organization, can we use QRQ for free?
Yes! While QRQ Lite is already free for everyone, we offer our paid tiers, QRQ Plus and QRQ Pro, completely free of charge for nonprofits. Tell us about your organization at nonprofit@qrq.app.
